Welcome to D Rock Cleanup These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our cleaning services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

D Rock Cleanup offers a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential cleaning
  • Commercial cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Maintenance cleaning

2. Booking and Cancellation

2.1 Booking

  • All bookings must be made at least 1 week in advance.
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will incur no charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 10% cancellation fee.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service.
  • We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit card, or check
  • A receipt will be provided after payment.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Clients should secure any fragile or valuable items prior to our arrival.
  • If pets are present, clients should ensure they are safely secured.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

6. Liability

  • D Rock Cleanup is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by pre-existing conditions or for any items not disclosed to us prior to the service.

7. Modifications

  • D Rock Cleanup reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio State.
